The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, Including: 1) Cleaning Of Building Walls, 2) Filling Of Joints In Brick Walls, 3) Impregnation And Strengthening Of Plasters And External Cladding, 4) Filling Of Defects And Leveling Large Defects In Plaster, 5) Laying Renovation Plasters Manually,6) Completing And Repairing Drawn Profiles,7) Carrying Out Renovation Works On The Buildings Plinth: Cleaning, Replenishing Plasters, Laying Renovation Plasters Manually, Painting And Priming Dry Plasters. The Old Town Hall Building Is Located At The Fork Of Two Roads, A District Road And A Provincial Road. Placing Scaffolding Next To The Building Involves The Obligation To Apply For A Permit To Occupy The Road, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price.8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Works Manager To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Details Of The Works Manager Immediately Before Concluding The Contract.9. Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 24 Months (Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).10. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All The Requirements Specified In The Environmental Protection Regulations.11. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.12. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Producers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Only Serve To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties Of The Technical And Operational Requirements Set Out In The Technical Documentation For A Given Type Of Solutions, Are Not Binding And Should Be Treated As The Designers Proposals.
