A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Parameters Is Included In The Technical Specification, Annex No. 2 To The Tor. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages (Description In Chapter Vii Of This Swz, In The Bid Form Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 5 To The Swz). Stage I Includes The Delivery Of The Correlator. Stage Ii Includes The Delivery Of The Remaining Elements Of The Ordered Equipment. 2) Loading, Transport And Setting Up In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At Its Headquarters, 3) Installation And Commissioning At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, 4) Conducting Stationary Training For 9 People At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Field Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment No Later Than 1 Day After Installation And Commissioning Of All The Equipment, 5) Provision Of Services Throughout The Warranty Period, 6) Provision Of Free Technical Support On Working Days From 8.15 A.M. To 4.15 P.M. By Phone Or E-Mail, Detailed Conditions Regarding The Provision Of Servicing Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 7) Performance Of 2 Warranty Inspections After 12 And 24 Months, 8) Provision Of Warranty Services During The Warranty Period Of At Least 24 Months. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Annex No. 5 To Swz. 2. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage. It Must Be Free From Any Defects And Damage And Complete. It Is Not Subject To Third Party Rights. 3. The Equipment Must Meet All Standards Imposed On Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Applicable Legal Provisions, And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation And Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Should Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 5.The Equipment Should Be Packed In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. And If Necessary, It Should Be Wrapped In External Packaging To Protect Against Damage Or Destruction. 6. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
