The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Review And Analysis Of The Available Source Data And Information; Development Of A Complex Project For An Investment Initiative Under Art. 150 Of The Zut, Consisting Of The Following Constituent Parts: Preparation Of A Project For A Detailed Development Plan - Parcel Plan And Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For A Site: Reconstruction And Completion Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Network In The Elin Pelin Agglomeration; Assistance In Coordination Of The Complex Project For Investment Initiative With The Relevant Competent Administrations, Interested Institutions, Operating Companies And Third Parties According To The Applicable Regulations; Obtaining All Necessary Permits In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction; Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Approved Investment Project; Implementation Of Author Supervision Under Zut, Including Providing, If Necessary, Technical Solutions, Additions And/Or Changes To The Project And Assistance In Putting The Object Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of The Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On The Cadastre And Property Register; Handing Over The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority With A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction Annex No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Participation In Putting The Facility Into Operation With A Protocol For Establishing The Fitness For Use Of The Construction Annex No. 16 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003; Fulfillment Of Obligations Related To Ensuring The Normal Functioning And Use Of The Completed Construction Site And Removal Of Hidden Defects After Acceptance And Putting The Site Into Operation Within The Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works And Facilities In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003.
