Construction Work – Infra Mk-Fw Headquarters - Pipelines. The University Hospital Essen (Aör) Essen Is Planning To Build A New Modular Clinic On Virchowstrasse, Corner Of Hohlweg, 45147 Essen. This Modular Clinic Is The First Of Three Construction Phases. In Order To Supply The Other Two Construction Phases That Will Be Built Later With District Heating, A District Heating Center With A Total Output Of Approx. 8 Mw Will Be Built In The Basement Of The Modular Clinic. Access: The Currently Planned Technical Measures For This List Of Services Are Described Below: Kg 400 General Kg 420 Heat Supply Systems Heat Generation Systems The Energy Supply For The Buildings Bt 1 (Modular Clinic), Bt 2 (Nct Clinic) And Bt 3 Comes From The District Heating Center In Bt 1. After The District Heating Has Been Transferred From The Iqony Network Via A District Heating Transfer Station, Three Heating Circuits Are Set Up From Here On The Secondary Side: - Local Heat Supply, Component 1, Modular Clinic - Network Feed-In Of Local Heat Into The Primary Existing Heating Network Of The Clinic In The Direction Of The Nursing Home - Network Feed-In Of Local Heat Into The Primary Existing Heating Network Of The Clinic In The Direction Of Institute Building 1 For Bt 2+3 For The Current Construction Project, Appropriate Outlets In The Flow And Return Of The Pipe Network Have Been Prepared As Interfaces/Transfers. Connected To This, New Plate Heat Exchangers (3 Pieces) Adapted To The Power Requirements Of The Current Construction Project Will Be Built As House Stations With The Appropriate Shut-Off, Control And Regulation Devices. The Heat Exchangers Are Designed For System Temperatures Primarily 130°/65°C And Secondarily 70/50°C. Heat Distribution Networks The Supply Of Heat Energy To The Current Construction Work Is Planned As A Pump Hot Water Heating System With A Classic Two-Pipe System. The Pipe Network Is Made Of Steel Pipe According To Din En 10255 / 10220. The Heating Pipes Are Dimensioned According To The Requirements Of The Heating Load Of The Buildings To Be Supplied Plus A Reserve Capacity In Order To Be Able To Supply Other Buildings As A Ring Pipe In The Event Of An Accident. . A Pump-Controlled Pressure Maintenance System With Expansion Vessels For The Heating System, Which Includes A Make-Up Function And Degassing, Is Set Up. The Shut-Off Between The Heat Exchanger And The Pressure Maintenance Is Designed As A Secured Fitting In Order To Avoid Individual Protection. The Integration Into The Hydraulics Takes Place After The House Station. The Planned Heating Water Replenishment Comes From The On-Site Drinking Water Network. The Initial Filling Is Done With Treated Water. The Secondary-Side Main Flow And Return Lines Are Led Out Centrally From The Control Center In Two Places And End In The Other Construction Phases, According To The Drawings Of The District Heating Center. 4 Pumps, Flow Rate Max. 103 M3/H, H=33 Mws (Fu-Controlled) 3 Heat Exchangers, Each With Target= 2,500 Kw, Max. 3,000 Kw 1 Piece Distributor 602/632 Type F In Split Design With 2 Pipe Sockets/Flange Sockets
