The Subject Of Procurement Is The Modernization Of The Public Lighting System, In Accordance With All Standards And Requirements Prescribed By This Procurement Documentation And All Its Annexes, Valid Legal And By-Law Regulations And Rules Of The Profession, With The Aim Of Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Public Lighting System. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Replacement And Addition Of Public Lighting Lamps Instead Of The Existing Ones Together With All The Necessary Equipment, Parts And Elements To Complete Functionality And The Overall Maintenance Of The Same During The Rental Period, The So-Called Turnkey Model.
