Tenders are invited for Finance Service Provider for Cash Distribution in Gorom Terms of reference (ToR) for Cash Distribution in Gorom Refugee Camp and Gorom Luri (Host Community). 2. Scope of Work: 1- ACROSS will verify the registered names of beneficiaries and issue tokens. 2- ACROSS will provide the FSP with the verified registered names of the beneficiaries both hard and soft copies. 3- ACROSS will mobilize the beneficiaries and prepare the venue/location for the FSP to conduct the cash distribution. 4- ACROSS will monitor the cash distributions. 5- FSP will submit proposal to conduct the cash distribution through email provided below in section 5. 6- FSP will deliver cash to the registered verified beneficiaries in the location to be communicated by ACROSS. The total amount to be distributed to the beneficiaries in six sessions as indicated above in section 4, is USD 30,000. Each registered & verified beneficiary will be paid equivalent of forty united states dollars (USD 40) in South Sudanese Pounds at a negotiated exchange rate with the FSP, a week prior to the date of cash distribution.
