The Management Board Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Conducts An Open Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract With The Subject: Diagnostics And Repair Of Defective Network Transformers Sr.N./0.4Kv With Declared Nominal Power From 25 Kva To 800Kva, Ref. #Pps24-132. Participants Must Offer All Services And Materials From The Subject Of The Order. The Contract Will Be Concluded At Unit Prices For The Types Of Activities And Materials For A Period Of 36 Months Or Until The Maximum Contract Value Of Bgn 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) Is Reached, Depending On Which Of These Circumstances Occurs First During . Upon The Occurrence Of The First Of These, The Contract Is Automatically Terminated Without The Need For Notice Or Notice From Either Party To The Other Party And Regardless Of Whether Or Not The Other Circumstance Occurred At The Time Of The Realization Of The First Of These From Them. The Place Of Diagnosis And Repair Of Network Transformers Sr.N./0.4 Kv With Declared Nominal Power From 25 Kva To 800 Kva, Owned By The Contracting Authority, Is The Repair Base/Production Room Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor. The Performance Of Diagnostic And Repair Activities Of Mv/0.4 Kv Network Transformers With A Declared Rated Power From 25 Kva To 800 Kva, Owned By The Contracting Authority, Will Be Assigned With A Contract Protocol By The Contracting Authority For Each Individual Machine. When Assigning The Repair Of A Machine, The Term For Its Repair Should Not Be Longer Than 20 (Twenty) Working Days. When Assigning The Repair Of Up To Ten Machines At The Same Time, The Term Of Their Repair Should Not Be Longer Than 30 (Thirty) Working Days, And When Assigning The Repair Of More Than Ten Machines At The Same Time, The Term For Repairing Is Additionally Agreed Between The Parties, But The Same Is Not Should Be Greater Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days. The Term For Repair Begins To Run From The Moment Of Presentation Of The Procurement Protocol By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. Upon Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Payment For The Types And Quantities Of Activities And Materials Performed And Accepted Shall Be Made At The Unit Prices For Them, Proposed In The Offer Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor. The Criterion For Awarding The Order When Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price. For Evaluation Purposes, The Ranking Of Participants Will Be Based On The Lowest Total Price For The Repair Of 1 Transformer. The Participant Who Offered The Lowest Price For The Repair Of 1 Transformer, Calculated From The Sum Of The Proposed Prices According To Appendix 1 And Appendix 2 Of The Price Proposal, Is Ranked First. In The Hypothesis Of Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Appropriate And Objective Basis For Comparison Determined In Advance By The Contracting Authority, If One Or Two Bids Are Accepted For Evaluation, Will Be The Value Of Bgn 7,200.00 Compared To The Total Value Formed From The Price Proposal Of Each Of The Participants.
