The Subject Of Public Procurement Is The Provision Of The Following Types Of Postal Services: Non-Universal Postal Service Hybrid Mail According To Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Postal Services Act (Zpu) - Includes Accepting Requests For Printing Documents And Letters, Arrangement Of Print Requests In The Printing Sequence Necessary For The Contractor, Grouping By Printing Batches, Printing Of Documents On Previously Prepared Forms, With/Without Marketing Information, Folding And Enveloping, Delivery Of Postal Items To A Mailbox Or Against A Signature To Addressees Of The Contracting Authority, Return Of Undelivered Parcels And Documents Certifying A Received Shipment From A Customer To The Addresses Of The Contracting Authority According To Predetermined Criteria. Universal Postal Service According To Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zpu - Includes Receiving Postal Items From The Offices Of The Contracting Authority, Carrying And Delivering The Postal Items To Customers And Offices Of The Contracting Authority. Non-Universal Postal Services Under Art. 38, Item 1 And Item 3 Of The Zpu - Include The Following Services: Receiving Shipments In Person From The Offices Of The Contracting Authority; Carrying And Delivering The Parcels Personally To The Recipient Or His Authorized Representative; Registration Of The Delivery With Date, Time, Minute Of Delivery, Name, Surname, Position And Signature Of The Recipient Of The Package And Other Non-Universal Postal Services.
