The City Of Erkrath Is Planning To Build A New Sports Hall. For This Measure, The City Of Erkrath Is Looking For A Company To Build The Hall Partitions. The Three-Field Sports Hall Will Be Located On The Bachstr. 20 In 40699 Erkrath. The Building Plot Is Part Of A School Site. On Part Of The Property To Be Developed There Was A Single-Field Sports Hall With Outbuildings And A Partial Basement, Which Was Demolished. To The North Is The Existing Secondary School, Which Is In Operation, And To The South Is The High School, Which Is Also In Operation. To The West Of The Construction Site There Is A Three-Field Sports Hall That Is Used For School Sports. The Surrounding Schools, Which Will Continue To Operate During The Construction Period, Must Take Appropriate Safety Measures To Protect Students And School Staff. The Sports Hall Will Be Realized As A Single-Story Structure. It Consists Of The Actual Hall, Which Can Be Divided Into Three Parts, And, Adjacent To The West, A Lower Wing Of The Building That Contains The Changing Rooms, Sanitary Facilities And Service Rooms. The Changing Area Also Consists Of Three Units (One For Each Third Of The Hall), Each For Men And Women. The Building Must Be Constructed Barrier-Free And Must Be Suitable For Wheelchair Sports.
