The Subject Of The Service Is The Conception And Implementation Of A Measure In Accordance With Section 16 Paragraph 1 Sgb Ii I. V. M. § 45 Sgb Iii To Prepare Employable Persons Entitled To Benefits For The Implementation Of Further Vocational Training In Accordance With § 16 Para. 1 Sgb Ii I. V. M. §§ 81 Ff. Sgb Iii (Hereinafter Abbreviated To Fbw) Or To Assess Their Professional And Personal Suitability For A Fbw, Including The Consolidation Of Career Aspirations And The Corresponding Assessment Of Skills. Participation In The Measure Is Intended To Increase The Chances Of Successfully Completing The Fbw. If It Is Foreseeable That A Certain Level Of Support For Further Vocational Training Does Not Meaningfully Complement The Integration Strategy, An Alternative Strategy Must Be Designed.
