The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Together With The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Consents And Permits, Providing Authors Supervision And Surveying Services In The Scope Of Design Works And Execution Of Construction Works, Based On The Functional And Utility Program Provided By The Ordering Party, Including:1 ) Stage 1 (Design Works), Which Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation (Construction/Execution Design) To The Extent Required In The Functional And Utility Program; B) Obtaining, Through Our Own Efforts, Final Decisions/Notifications Enabling The Commencement Of Construction Works; C) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, Bid Cost Estimate And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; D) Obtaining Approval From The Ordering Party Of The Developed Design Documentation; E) Surveying Services In The Scope Of Design Works; 2) Stage 2 (Construction Works), Which Consists Of In Particular: A) Reconstruction Of Agricultural Transport Roads And Access Roads To Farm Buildings, Including The Installation Of Culverts And Bridges; B) Construction Of New Roads Along With Preparatory Works, Including The Installation Of Culverts And Bridges; C) Land Recultivation, Including The Liquidation Of Unnecessary Roads And Balks And Bushes; D) Correction Of The Course And Improvement Of Technical Parameters Of Drainage Devices And Construction Of New Ones.
