1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of Womens And Mens Showers In The Gym Of The Aquasfera Water Recreation And Sports Center In Olsztyn At Al. M.J. Piłsudski In The Planeta Formy Gym. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Bill Of Quantities (Annex To The Opz). The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Is An Auxiliary Element For The Valuation Of The Works.3. The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed In The Service Building Of The Aquasfera Water Recreation And Sports Center At Al. M. J. Piłsudskiego 69 B. Due To The Above, The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Principles Of Order And Social Coexistence, Including Quiet Hours And Public Holidays.4. The Rooms Where The Modernization Will Take Place Are Marked As Womens Locker Room No. 1 And Mens Locker Room No. 1.5. The Locker Rooms Will Be Out Of Use For The Duration Of The Modernization. 6. The Contractor Will Enter The Sanitary Facilities From The Hall Of The Main Building And Use The Corridor To Get To The Cloakrooms, Through Which He Will Reach The Sanitary Facilities. The Contractor Will Not Enter The Training Room.7. Work May Be Performed During The Opening Hours Of The Gym, I.E. 6:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. On Weekdays And 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. On Weekends, Subject To The Reservations Indicated In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract.8. All Materials Used For Modernization Must Be New Materials And Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals, Technical Approvals, Must Not Be Harmful To Health And Must Be Approved For Use In Residential And Collective Housing Facilities.9. With Respect To The Materials Used By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Presentation Of Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Applicable Standard Or Technical Approval.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appropriately Secure, At His Own Expense, Equipment Left On The Construction Site.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers And Requires The Submission Of An Offer Consistent With The Subject Of The Order, Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.13.
