1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works And Planting Greenery As Part Of The Retrofitting Of The Jordan Garden At Ul. Ćwiklińska For The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Retrofitting Jordan Gardens In District Xii, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow. Procedure No. Np.26.2.59.24.Bt.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Proceedings And The Order Is An Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Zzm/Dir/O -Xii-4/24 Retrofitting The Jordan Gardens In District Xii, Including Development Of The Jordan Garden Area At Ul. Ćwiklińska, Plot No. 29/155, District P-57, Registration Unit Podgórze, Based On The Attached Design Documentation. 1.3 The Order Should Include, Among Others: 1.3.1 The Ordering Party Informs That The First Stage Of Construction Works Was Completed In 2023. Carrying Out Construction Works As Part Of The Second Stage, Consisting In The Dismantling Of Existing Playground Equipment. Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Small Architecture, Including: A Board With Regulations (The Contractor Should Ask The Ordering Party To Send A Pattern Of Printing On The Regulations Board), Construction Of A Pedestrian Route, Planting Greenery. Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Attached Design And Cost Estimate Documentation.1.3.2 As Part Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed In Particular: 1.3.2.1 Disassembly Of: Swings, Rocker, Car Device, Benches, Board, Waste Bins, Dismantling Of The Polyurethane Surface Along With Layers Of Foundation, Lawn Edges With Concrete Benches, 1.3.2.2 Construction Of The Surface: Paving Stones, Sand Surface, 1.3.2.3 Installation Of: A Spring Rocker, A Play Set For Younger Children, A Play House, A Multi-Person Swing, City Deckchairs, Benches With Backrest, Waste Bins, Regulation Boards, 1.3.2.4 Works In The Field Of Greenery: Planting Low Greenery, I.E. Deciduous And Coniferous Shrubs, Laying A Lawn, Mulching. 1.3.3 The Ordering Party Informs That The Area Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes. In Addition, We Would Like To Inform You That The Works In The First Stage Have Already Been Completed, Marked With A Yellow Outline In The Graphic Attachment. 1.3.4 After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All Acceptance Documents And Submit, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Report On The Completion Of Construction Works And Completed Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate. In Krakow And Obtaining No Objection To The Notification And Commencement Of Use For The Subject Area Covered By The Pnb Decision To Obtain A Permit To Use This Scope, And Consequently, Guarantee And Warranty
