1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sports Hall Under The Olimpia Program Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism Together With A Connector, Hardening Of The Area For The Needs Of A Fire Road, Access To The Hall Building, Construction Of Sections Of The Internal Network: Electricity, Water Supply, Sewage, Rainwater Drainage And Construction Garbage Shelter. 2. Hall With Dimensions 33.94 M X 16.04 M, Height 9.7 M. The Hall Building Is Rectangular In Shape, In A Steel Column Structure With Curtain Walls Made Of Sandwich Panels. Arched Roof. 3. The Hall Area Includes A 15X28m Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface. The Facility Is Expected To Be Equipped With A Laser Shooting Range For The Duration Of Shooting Classes. Additionally, Within The Hall, The Construction Of Social Facilities Is Planned, Consisting Of A Mens/Womens Locker Room, Bathroom Facilities, A Public Toilet, A Technical Room And A Storage Room For Sports Equipment/Hall Facilities. The Hall Is Connected To The School Building Via A Connector. The Access To The School Is From Ground Level, Through The Landing Of The Existing Staircase. A Door Will Be Made There. The Hall Will Be Heated By An Air-To-Air Heat Pump. It Will Be Equipped With Ventilation/Heating, Cold Water, Hot Water, Sewage And Electricity Installations. Sports Equipment Is Expected To Be Installed In The Hall: Ladders, Baskets, And Bumper/Safety Elements. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Multi-Purpose Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface Along With Sanitary Facilities, A Laser Shooting Range And Sports Equipment Of The Facility, 2) Construction Of A Connector Between The Facility And The Existing Building, 3) Construction Of A Hardened Area, 4) Construction Of A Garbage Shelter5) Construction Of A Network Divider And Construction Of An Internal Network, 6) Cutting Down Trees, 7) Land Development. 5. Basic Technical Data Of The Building: 1) Building Area Part Designed: 544.39 M2 (Sports Hall) + Connector 35.40 M2.2) Garbage Shelter: 7.5 M2.3) Volume Part Designed: 5,333.25 M3.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Task Covered By The Contract Is A Project Co-Financed By The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism Under The Olimpia Program - Program For The Construction Of School Sports Halls For The 100Th Anniversary Of The First Performances Of The Polish National Team At The Olympic Games. In The Event That The Ordering Party Is Exposed To The Loss Of Funds From The Local Government Investment Fund Caused By Failure To Comply With Contractual Obligations, In Particular Implementation Deadlines, As A Result Of Circumstances Attributable To The Contractor And The Provisions Of The Contract Referred To In §2 Point 16, The Ordering Party Will Seek Full Compensation For The Loss Of Aid Funds.
