1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Fruit.2. The Type And Quality Requirements Of The Ordered Products Are Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3. The Contract Will Be Implemented According To The Unit Prices Included In The Price Form Up To The Gross Value Of The Contract.4. The Type And Quantity Of Supplies Specified In The Price Form Is A Planned Quantity Determined On The Basis Of Orders From Previous Years And Planned Nutritional Needs.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantities, Values ​​And Frequency Of Deliveries Assumed In The Contract In Situations In Which The Ordering Party Could Not Foresee At The Time Of Concluding The Contract (E.G. Restructuring Of The Armed Forces Or Changes In Feeding Quantities). The Value Of The Contract Will Then Be The Final Value Of The Deliveries Actually Made. The Ordering Party Guarantees Placing An Order For The Delivery Of Goods At A Level Not Less Than 80% Of The Maximum Gross Contract Value.6. The Products Must Meet The Polish Standards Indicated In The Opz. The Delivered Products Must Be Fresh, Have A Shelf Life In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Be Of The Highest Quality. The Offered Products Should Meet The Sanitary Conditions Of Their Acquisition, Production, Processing, Storage, Transport And Direct Sale In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Substitute Packaging For Food Products.10. The Ordering Partys Requirements Related To The Delivery Of Food Products: 10.1. The Contractor Provides A Specialized Means Of Transport Appropriate For The Transported Goods In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - Requirements Specified In Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 29 April 2004. On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Of The Eu Of 2004, L 139), Under Pain Of Non-Acceptance Of The Delivery By The Ordering Party.
