Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Detailed Design, Esia and Construction Supervision of Project Infrastructure Activities in Somaliland Firm Selection Consultancy Services for Detailed Design, ESIA and Construction Supervision for Project Infrastructure Activities in Somaliland The Federal Ministry of Livestock, Forestry and Range serves as the Executing Agency of the project while Save the Children International fulfils the role of the projects Implementing Agency. The Executing Agency will process the payments for this contract using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Banks Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing. 2. As part of project interventions, infrastructure works comprising of water, livestock and market will be implemented across Somalia. The consultancy services relates to detailed design, ESIA and Construction Supervision. Save the Children is seeking the services of a consultancy firm to undertake this assignment. 3. Save the Children International as the Implementing Agency for the project now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. 4.
