Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Detailed Design, ESIA and Construction Supervision for Project Infrastructure Activities in Galmudug & Hirshabelle States of Somalia The Executing Agency will process the payments for this contract using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Banks Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing. As part of project interventions, infrastructure works comprising of water, livestock and market will be implemented across Somalia. The consultancy services relates to detailed design, ESIA and Construction Supervision. Save the Children is seeking the services of a consultancy firm to undertake this assignment. Save the Children International as the Implementing Agency for the project now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants dated October 2015, which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org.
