Tenders are invited for Construction of 750 Hectares of Irrigation and Drainage Systems, Greenhouse Structures and Irrigation Pivots at Vale do Yabi (200 ha) Bid Security of USD Lot 1: Vale do Yabi: 25.000 USD Bidders must have strong experience in the implementation of works of similar nature, complexity and value as per Section III Evaluation and Qualification Criteria in this Standard Bidding Document. Bidders may Bid for one or more contracts (lots) as applicable and further defined in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contracts will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the letter of Bid. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the Banks Procurement Framework2 , , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
