Concerning The Supply Of New Equipment: Currently Waste Is Processed Using A Fleet Of Approximately 10 Skips, 2 Bio-Waste Skips And 29 Compactors. The Holder Must Also Ensure The Renewal, Repair, Maintenance, Upkeep, Cleaning And Disinfection Of The Equipment Throughout The Contract. The Contract Does Not Include Any Obligation Regarding The Takeover Of Equipment Currently In Place. Concerning The Details Of The Collection And Transport Service: It Is To Be Carried Out Every Day From Monday To Saturday, Following The Specific Needs Of Around Thirty Customers. The Movements Of This Equipment Are Of The Order Of 4,800 Rotations Per Year, Including Additional One-Off Frequencies Requested By The Concessionaires. Some Rotations May Take Place At Night, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Rungis Market. The Tonnages Incinerated Are Therefore Currently 5,500 Tonnes Per Year. If The Quantities Of Waste To Be Incinerated At The Market Plant Are Less Than The Quota Of 5,500 Tonnes Per Year, Semmaris Undertakes To Pay A Profit-Sharing Calculated On The Tonnages Not Incinerated At The Market Plant. The Terms And Conditions Will Be Defined In The Specifications. The Contract Also Includes Raising Awareness Of Selective Sorting (Sorting Ambassadors, Communication, Etc.).
