The Subject Of An Upcoming Award Is A Service For Maintaining The Accounting Software Product Account In An Up-To-Date State And In Technical And Functional Working Order And The Reference Subsystem To It For Generating Consolidated Accounting Reports In The Central Office Of The National Health Insurance Fund (Nhif Central Office) And Program Product For Payments Bankdoc, Installed And Working At 128 Workplaces In The Center Of The Nhif And 28 Regional Health Insurance Funds (Rhif) (The Service). The Performance Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. *** Implementation Period: From 13.10.2024 To 31.12.2025, With The Possibility Of Termination Of The Implementation Within One Month After Receiving A Notice From The Contracting Authority. *** The Participant Must Be A Manufacturer Of The Accounting Software Product Account And Of The Payment Software Product Bankdoc Or An Authorized Person From The Manufacturer / Official Representative Of The Manufacturer To Provide The Technical Support Services Of The Software Products. In Relation To The Requirement Under The Previous Point, When A Document Is Provided By The Manufacturer Or His Official Representative, The Proposal Should Be Accompanied By Proper Evidence That The Official Representative Has The Authority To Re-Authorize Third Parties To Perform The Relevant Activity. *** The Requirement For Authorization At The Tender Submission Stage Is Justified By The Subject Of The Order And Represents A Guarantee For Its Timely And High-Quality Performance. In The Event That A Contractor Is Selected Who Is Denied Authorization By The Manufacturer, This May Lead To A Delay In The Execution Of The Public Procurement, As Well As To Its Termination. According To The Conclusions Of The Supreme Administrative Court, The Requirement For Authorization In Itself Is Not Restrictive, Insofar As It Is A Guarantee Of Quality And Reliability Of The Activity Performed.
