The Specified Quantities In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation Are Estimated And Do Not Give Rise To An Obligation For The Employer To Assign Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Implementation Of The Public Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actually Delivered Medicinal Products, Within The Financial Resources. The Exchange Of Documents And Messages Between Employers, Candidates, Participants And Contractors Of Public Procurement Is Carried Out Through The Centralized Electronic Platform. The Term Of The Dsp Is 36 Months. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Lifetime To Any Candidate Who Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Interested Parties.
