SCOPE OF WORKS Construction of the Perimeter Fence and Gate House at the Corporations Port-Harcourt Zonal Office: Construction of the Perimeter Fence and Gate House at the Corporations landed property of 3256 square meters. The proposed fence will comprise block work of maximum height not exceeding 3.0m including metal grills and concertina razor wire and a vehicular gate comprising front fence, side-rear and pillar details. Gate house of a total area of 22square meters: comprising substructure, roofing, mechanical, electrical and finishing COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement and Management Service Department, 2ndfloor, NDIC Headquarters, Plot 447/448 Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja on evidence of payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, per Lot, payable into the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporations remita account at www.remita.net through any deposit money bank (DMB) in Nigeria. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT Prospective bidders are to submit bids in three (3) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid.
