The Town of Southbridge, acting through its Town Council, seeks Proposals for Contract Operations of the Southbridge Wastewater Collection System and Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work consists of providing complete operation, maintenance, and management services of the Southbridge Municipal Wastewater System. The system consists of a 3.77 MGD wastewater treatment facility, 48 miles of collection system piping, and 11 pump stations (collectively the â??Plantâ??).
