The Subject Of The Tender Procedure For The Concession Is The Selection Of The Operator Of The Local Distribution Network Electricity In The František Industrial Zone In The Municipality Of Horní Suchá. The Goal Of The Selection Procedure For The Concession Is To Select A Strategic Partner For Long-Term Cooperation, Which Comprehensively And Qualitatively Will Ensure The Operation Of The Local Distribution Network, With Which A Concession Contract, I.E. A Contract, Will Be Concluded On The Provision Of Distribution System Services In The Sense Of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., On Business Conditions And On The Performance Of State Administration In The Energy Sector And On The Amendment Of Some Laws (Energy Act), As Amended, (Hereinafter Also Ez Or Energy Act), The Subject Of Which Will Be Lease Of The Local Electricity Distribution Network (Hereinafter Also Lds) Owned The Clients Concessionaire And The Concessionaires Obligation To Ensure The Proper Operation Of This Property In Within The Meaning Of The Relevant Provisions Of The Energy Act.
