The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation (Execution) Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Construction Or Reconstruction Of Access Roads To Agricultural And Forest Land And Access Roads To The Buildings Of Individual Consolidation Participants, From The Operation Entitled: Consolidation Of Agricultural Land In The Village Of Biskupice, Pilica Commune, Zawiercie County As Part Of The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Covered By The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020, Included In The Scope Of The Order: Construction Of Access Road No. 1 And No. 3 To Agricultural And Forest Land As Part Of Post-Consolidation Works Within Biskupice, Pilica Commune - 2 Parts.2. Division Of The Order Into Parts: The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into 2 (Two) Parts, Thus Allowing The Submission Of Partial Offers. Each Contractor Has The Right To Submit Only One Offer For One Or Both Lots. A Situation In Which The Same Entity Appears In Two Offers Submitted Jointly Or Is An Independent Contractor And At The Same Time Participates In A Joint Offer Will Be Considered Equivalent To The Submission Of More Than One Offer By The Same Contractor. Submitting A Larger Number Of Offers Or An Offer Containing Variant Proposals Will Result In The Offer Being Rejected.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Abbreviated As Pfu) Constituting Annex No. 9A To The Swz. The Pfu Documentation Is Prepared For Six Roads Planned For Construction Or Reconstruction Within Biskupice, And For This Order The Scope Regarding Road No. 1 Should Be Used, I.E. Drawings No.: 2-1/18, 2-2/18, 2-3/18, 2-4/18 And 3-1/2.
