1) Part A - Renovation Of The Gymnasium With Facilities (Womens And Mens Locker Rooms With Bathrooms) In The Building Of The Faculty Of Social Sciences At Ul. Grażyńskiego 53 In Katowice.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz) And In The Bills Of Quantities (Constituting Annexes No. 2.2 - 20.4 To The Swz), Which Documents Together With The Contract Should Be Considered Together. Above Documents Are Complementary Documents. All Construction Works And Other Activities Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And/Or In The Bill Of Quantities And/Or In The Contract, Respectively, Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works And Activities Provided For In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Those Not Indicated By Name, But Necessary To Complete The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.3) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Teaching Building Of The University Of Silesia On An Active And Used Facility.4 ) Order Completion Date: Up To 3 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.5) Warranty Period A) The Contractor Will Provide: A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed; B) Required Warranty Period For The Installed Materials, Devices, Etc.: Not Shorter Than Warranty Granted For The Works, And If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Longer - In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty; C) Warranty Period Consistent With The Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor For The Performed Construction Works, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months; D) Warranty Extension Period For The Performed Works Construction Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers - If A Warranty Period Longer Than The Minimum Required Is Offered, The Contractors Offer Will Receive Additional Points, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter Xiii Swz.E) The Guarantee And Warranty Periods Start From The Moment Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.6) Detailed Terms Of Order Execution And Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
