The Subject Of The Order Is The Production/Purchase, Marking, Packaging And Delivery Of Materials That Will Serve As Promotional Materials. Their List Can Be Found Further In The Opz In Chapter Iii List And Description Of Materials, For The Joint Secretariat Of The Interreg Next Poland - Ukraine 2021-2027 Program Promoting The Program And Its Objectives.2. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Files With Graphics And Logos For Faithful Reproduction On The Materials Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 3. All Promotional Materials Are To Be Permanently Marked. The Marking Must Be Placed Directly On The Materials Or, If This Is Not Possible For Technological Reasons, On Tags Permanently Attached To Them. If It Is Not Possible To Place The Marking On Materials Or Tags, In Exceptional Cases The Marking May Be Placed On The Packaging (The Ordering Partys Consent To Such Marking Is Required). The Method Of Marking Each Material Is Described In Part Iii Of The Opz, However, If For Technical Reasons It Is Not Possible To Perform It In Accordance With The Description In Point Iii, The Method Of Marking Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order. 4. The Order Includes The Development By The Contractor Of All Graphic Designs For Promotional Materials Based On The Patterns And Guidelines Provided By The Ordering Party. The Maximum To Be Included Is: The Program Logo, The Name Of The Program, The Website Address (Www.Pl-Ua.Eu), The Ic Day Logo, Unless A Different Print Design Is Described In The Opz.5. Within 4 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present To The Ordering Party 2 Models Of Each Promotional Material That Meets The Minimum Requirements Described In The Opz. The Ordering Party Will Select One Model For Implementation From The Presented Models Within 2 Days. 6. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor By E-Mail With Specific Quantities In Which Individual Promotional Materials Are To Be Delivered Within 2 Days From The Date Of Presenting The Models To Choose From. 7. Before Starting The Final Production Of The Materials Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Must Have Agreed With The Ordering Party: The Model, Color, Number And Location Of Graphic Symbols (During Design Work, At The Ordering Partys Request, The Location Of The Logos May Change) Regarding All Promotional Materials.
