Military Judge Compensation Committee (Mjcc) – Executive Secretary 2023-2027 . Notice Of Proposed Procurement The Director General Compensation And Benefits (Dgcb) Requires The Services Of A Lawyer Of A Law Firm To Act As An Executive Secretary To The Military Judge Compensation Committee (Mjcc). This Is Required, Because Neither The Canadian Armed Forces (Caf) Nor Dnd May Directly Liaise With The Mjcc On Matters Of Administration. The Contract Period Will Be From The Date Of Contract Award To March 31, 2025. Two (2) One-Year Options Are Considered. The Crown Retains The Rights To Negotiate With Suppliers On Any Procurement. Documents May Be Submitted In Either Official Language Of Canada.
