The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Transit Water Supply Network With A Length Of 6,375.5 M, Mainly From Pe De 225 Pipes, On The Lipce - Jakuszów Section, Together With A 396 M Long Network Section. Enabling Connection To The Existing De 350 Network In Lipce And The Construction Of A 925.1 M Long Water Distribution Network Made Of Pe De 225 Pipes On The Ulesie - Lipce Section. The Designed Network Crosses National Road No. 94 Twice, The Lubiatówka Watercourse, Two Railway Lines And Enters The Border Of The S3 Road. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Design Documentation (Land Development Designs, Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To The Order Announcement. Note: The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Fulfill The Obligations And Bear The Costs Associated With Construction Works Resulting From Legal Provisions, Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements, Contracts And Other Documents That Are Part Of The Design Documentation.
