The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure In Question Is The Performance Of An Energy Audit In The Design And Build Mode, Development Of Design Documentation And Construction - Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations And Gas Installations, Installation Of Central Heating And Hot Water Installations With Circulation, Adaptation Of Cells To House A Heating Substation, Installation Of Heat Distribution Equipment In The Building At 21 Igańska Street In Warsaw.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Building For The Purposes Of Design Documentation, 2) Preparation Of An Energy Audit, 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation (Performance Of An Energy Audit And Design Documentation - Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations And Gas Installations, Installation Of Central Heating And Hot Water With Circulation, Adaptation Of Cells To Accommodate A Heating Substation, Installation Of Heating Substation Equipment), 4) Execution Of Construction Works (Replacement Of Cold Water Installations And Sanitary Sewage Systems Along With Levels And Gas Installations, Retrofitting A Hot Utility Water Installation With Circulation And A Central Heating System). Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Material And Financial Schedule Detailing The Execution Of Documentation And Audit, Which Will Constitute Annex 3 To The Contract And Will Be Updated On An Ongoing Basis If The Applicable Schedule Becomes Inconsistent With The Actual Progress Of Work Or The Contractors Obligations.5. Information About The On-Site Visit: 1) The Ordering Party Does Not Condition The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer On The Contractors Participation In The On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Allows And Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers In Order To Check The Conditions Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Leaves It To The Contractor To Decide Whether To Conduct A Site Visit. The Cost Of The On-Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractor. An On-Site Visit Can Be Carried Out After Prior Arrangement Of The Date.
