3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Provision Of Laundry Services To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements For Disinfection And Washing Processes Depending On The Product Range, As Well As The Technology And Conditions Applicable In Health Care Facilities.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Laundry Services, Including In Relation To Items Submitted For Washing: Disinfection, Dry Cleaning, Washing Using Appropriate Detergents, Removal Of Stains Of Organic Origin, Rinsing, Drying, Starching /Bed Linen, Medical Clothing, Tablecloths And Napkins/, Ironing, Ironing, Regular Repairs, Sorting And Packing Of Items Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Laundry Services In The Contract. 3. The Quantities Given In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Constitute Estimated Consumption And May Be Reduced In Relation To The Quantity Specified In The Annex To The Agreement, Without Constituting An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Fully Implement It, Nor A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Claims For Compensation For Failure To Use The Maximum Value Orders.4. It Is Required To Use Technologies That Guarantee High Quality Of Service In Accordance With The Requirements Applicable In The Health Service, Ensuring Full Compliance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations. Also, The Rooms In Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Must Meet The Requirements Of The Relevant Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations For This Type Of Activity. The Means Used To Complete The Order Must Have The Required Approvals And Certificates. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Respect The Washing Conditions Specified On The Information Tag On The Given Product. 5. The Contractor Will Bear Legal And Material Responsibility For The Laundry Services Provided In Terms Of Quality And Compliance With Sanitary Requirements Towards The Control Authorities (Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, National Labor Inspectorate, Occupational Health And Safety).6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Pursue Claims From The Contractor In The Event Of Damage To Persons (Patients/Clients, Employees Of The Ordering Party Staying In The Sanatorium/Occurring In Connection With The Provision Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order. 7. Terms Of Collection And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Seat Of The Ordering Party By The Selected Contractor: A) The Ordering Party Will Collect The Dirty Clothes For The Laundry Service By The Contractor Three Times A Week, I.E. On Monday, Wednesday And Friday, Provided That The Dirty Clothes From Friday Will Be Returned To The Ordering Party After The Laundry Service Has Been Performed On Monday. B) Collection Of Dirty Items For The Performance Of The Laundry Service Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor From The Ordering Partys Registered Office In Special Packaging Provided By The Contracto
