1. The Subject Of The Order Is Successive Deliveries Of Eggs In Accordance With The Minimum Quality Requirements, In The Assortment, Basic Quantities Specified In Table No. 1 (In The Contract Template), Subject To The Option Right For The Assortment And Quantities Listed In Table No. 2 (In The Contract Template). The Option Quantity Will Be Delivered By The Supplier If The Recipients Needs Arise After The Basic Quantities Of A Given Product Have Been Used In Full.2. Under This Agreement, The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The Warehouse In The Wędrzyn Garrison And To Unload The Delivered Goods At His Own Expense In The Range And Quantities Specified On The Basis Of The Order Placed By The Recipient According To The Schedule Included In The Contract Template.3. The Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Minimum Quality Requirements - Annex No. 2 To The Swz Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of Order Conditions
