Expression of Interest are invited for Upscale Capacity Building of Existing Government Cash Transfer Beneficiaries Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Procurement Policy and Methodology for Bank Group Funded Operations (BPM), dated October 2015, whichis available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org. Interested NGOs may obtain further information at the address below during office hours, 9:00 AM 4:00 PM GMT weekdays (Monday Friday) The Ministry of Finance, acting as Fiduciary agents through the Project Fiduciary Management Unit (PFMU), now invites eligible consulting NGOs to express their interest in providing the abovementioned services. Interested NGOs must provide information demonstrating their qualifications to perform the services above successfully (brochures, descriptions of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skilled staff, etc.). The services to be undertaken under this assignment include: i) Mobilisation (includes identifying and recruiting) registered women-owned Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and women cross-border traders who have previously benefited from the PERSIF project entrepreneurship training. The list of beneficiaries of previous training will be made available by the PERSIF project team. ii) Training of registered women-owned MSME entrepreneurs and women crossborder traders in improved and upgraded Entrepreneurship training modules and Business development plans designed, documented and delivered.
