Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery of Health Consumables Qualification requirements include: Patent tax certification, certification of incorporation, VAT registration, financial legal and other qualification requirements specified in ITB Sub-Clause 14.2 of the bidding documents. o The bidder has satisfactorily completed at least two contracts for supply of similar goods in the preceding three years of not less than USD64,000 of the bid price. o The bidder has completed contracts in the total cumulative amount equal to at least USD 192,000 in the preceding last three year (2021,2022,2023) o The Manufacturer of the offered goods, if a different entity from the Bidder, has experience of at least 03 years in the manufacturing of similar goods. o The bidder has availability of liquid assets through either: § Access to a line of credit or cash in bank account of an amount at least USD64,000 or § Credit terms with vendors specifically for the goods to be supplied under the contract, and valid for at least 6 months after the deadline date for submission of bids specified in ITB Clause 21.
