The Contractor Of The Services Under This Public Procurement Should Ensure The Performance Of The Following Activities: • Acceptance, Storage And Transmission Of Tickets And Advertising Materials. • Carrying Out Cash Operations For The Sale Of Tickets And Advertising Materials To The Visitors Of The Complex. • Keeping A Cash Book In The Form And Order Established By Internal Accounting Documentation Regulations. • Checking The Actual Availability Of Cash Amounts With Tickets And Cash Balance, Daily Closing Of Cash Reporting. • Prepare Daily Reports Of Tickets Sold And Promotional Materials At The End Of Each Work Shift, Which Are Reported To The Complex Treasurer. • Completion Of Invoices In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Accounting Law, Which Are Submitted To The Chief Accountant. • Execution Of Other Specifically Assigned Tasks Related To The Activity.
