Work Detail
Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Education And Research – Planning And New Construction Of The Eberswalde School Campus. The Barnim District Intends To Build A New, Modern And Sustainable School Campus, Which Includes - A Four- To Five-Class High School (Grades 7-10) - A Four-Class Vocational High School (Years 11-13) - A Regional Office Of The Kvhs - A Three-Field Sports Hall And - The Necessary Outdoor Facilities . The Project Property Is Owned By The Barnim District. It Was Built With Administrative Buildings (Employment Office, Tax Office) In The 1970S. All Buildings Including The Basements And Part Of The Supply Lines Were Demolished In 2022. The Services Are Awarded Using A Total Contractor Model And Include The Comprehensive, Independent Planning, The Turnkey, Functional And Ready-To-Use New Construction Of All Structures And Outdoor Facilities Including The Equipment And Furniture. All Applicable Legal Regulations, Sub-Legal Standards As Well As Official Provisions, Administrative Acts And Regulations (E.G. Building Regulations, School Building Guidelines, Accident Prevention Regulations And Much More) Must Be Adhered To. The Services Must Be Carried Out Safely, Efficiently, On Time And In High Quality. In Addition To Sustainability And Functionality, High Standards Are Also Set For Architectural Quality And Urban Integration. The Urban Development Framework Is Defined In The B-Plan. The Areas That Are Not Built Over Must Be Completely Designed, With Careful Handling Of The Existing Trees And Shrubs And Planning That Conserves The Area. During The Construction Work, Interventions In The Tree Population Should Be Limited To The Lowest Possible Extent. The Criteria Of The Bnb Bronze Standard Must Be Adhered To For This Construction Project. However, Certification Is Not Planned And Is Not Required By The Contractor. The Client Attaches Great Importance To The Use Of Standardized, Common And Therefore Reliably Available Components And Materials As Well As Serial Products In Order To Be Able To Later Operate And Maintain The Buildings Easily, Cost-Effectively And Smoothly. Special Solutions Or Custom-Made Products Should Be Avoided If Possible.
