The Aim Of The Public Contract Is To Build A Functional Client Relationship Management System Of The Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contractor Or Čpzp) Connected To Current Applications In The Čpzp Information System And Their Communication Channels Directed To Clients And Partners Of Čpzp (Hereinafter Referred To As Čpzp Crm ). The Čpzp Crm System Will Link To All Core Processes Of The Contracting Authority Related To Provision Of Services For Insured Persons, Collection Of Insurance Premiums And Contractual Provision Of Health Service Providers, Payment Of Health Services And Approval Processes Of Selected Health Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes All Activities Connected With The Construction, Implementation, Operation Support And Development Of The Čpzp Crm System, Including The Provision Of The Necessary Licensing Authorizations And The Provision Of Related Services.
