The land area is 5,701.2 SQM. All investors, who are register in e-tendering system, can participate in this auction. The lease period is 25 years under BOT system starting from the date of signing the agreement. At the end of 25 years period, the building is to be returned in usable condition. Any bidder who is in default with previous landlords will be disqualified. Any bidder who submitted an offer other than car care center will be disqualified.
