Dworcowa 39 On A Plot With Registration Number 3344/2 (Registration Unit 121302_5 Brzeszcze - Rural Area, Registration District: No. 0001, Jawiszowice). The Building Is Scheduled For Demolition Due To Its Poor Technical Condition And Collisions With The Planned Parking Lot For Passenger Cars. Scope Of Works To Be Performed:• Disassembly Of Devices And Installation Cables,• Disassembly Of Window And Door Joinery,• Removal Of Roof Covering,• Disassembly Of Roof Trusses,• Demolition Of Chimney Stacks,• Demolition Of Ceilings,• Demolition Of Partition Walls,• Demolition Of External Walls,• Demolition Foundations, • Waste Segregation, Disposal.2) Carrying Out All Works Related To The Development Of The Construction Site And The Organization Of Administrative, Social And Warehouse Facilities In Accordance With The Provisions Of The National Labor Inspectorate, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Their Liquidation After Completion Of The Task.3) Possible Provision Of Temporary Connections For The Necessary Utilities, Under The Conditions Specified By The Facility Administrator, And Installation Of Consumption Meters - The Costs Of Consumption Of These Utilities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Borne By The Contractor.4) Participation In Inspection Activities Carried Out By The Appointed In Addition, The Authorities And The Implementation Of Any Post-Inspection Decisions Issued By These Authorities, Before Commencing Construction Works, The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Perform An Inventory Of Boundary Marks, E.G.
