As Part Of The Work, The Existing Tiles Should Be Removed From The Walls, Filled With Plaster, And The Entire Rooms Should Be Painted White. Lay New Tiles Near The Washbasin And Above The Countertops. To Replace The Floor, Remove The Pvc Carpet, Remove The Leveling Layer, Level The Surface And Lay New Stoneware Tiles + Plinth. The Existing Electrical Installation Is Subject To Modernization By Expanding The Switchgear With New Elements (Made Of Non-Flammable Cables), Replacing The Room Lighting With A Hermetic - Chemical-Resistant Led Type. A New Water And Sewage System Should Be Installed In The New Laboratory Tables.
