The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing Road Lighting System In The Dobroń Commune As Part Of One Public Procurement, Through The Delivery, Replacement And Installation Of Energy-Inefficient Lighting Fixtures With New Led Technology Fixtures As Part Of The We Light Up Poland Program.2. The Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Includes The Replacement Of Existing Lighting Fixtures With Lighting Fixtures With An Led Light Source In The Dobroń Commune, Consisting In The Delivery And Replacement Of Road Street Lighting Fixtures With Led Fixtures With Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Certificates, Along With The Delivery Of A Lighting Management Application.3. The Task Includes The Modernization Of The Following System Elements: 1) Dismantling 676 Ineffective Sodium And Mercury External Lighting Fixtures, 2) Delivery Of 667 New Led Fixtures Along With The Use Of A Central Intelligent Lighting Control And Management System For All Modernized Lighting Fixtures, 3) Installation 667 Pcs. Of Led Road Lighting Fixtures With The Necessary Elements To Set Photometry That Optimizes Light Distribution On The Road In A Way That Meets The Resistance Requirements For Fixtures During The Warranty And Warranty Period (The Fixtures Will Be Equipped With A 10 A Current Protection And The Necessary Wiring To Ensure Proper And Energy-Saving Operation Of The Lighting System ),4) Replacement Of 260 Pieces Of Galvanized Steel Booms,5) Replacement Of Fixtures In The Sieradz Energy District In Accordance With The Issued Conditions For Providing Power Infrastructure For The Installation Of Road Lighting Devices,6) Submission To Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Necessary Documents For Connection To The Distribution Network,7) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations, Obtaining Acceptance Of Works And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Constructed Facilities Into Use,8) Settlement And Disposal Of Dismantled Lighting Equipment,9) Updating The As-Built Lighting Inventory (Inventory In The Form Of Paper And Electronic)10) Lighting Activation.4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Organization Of The Construction Site, 2) Preparation Of A Simplified Traffic Organization Design And Marking Of Renovation Work Sites, 3) Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition After The Works. 4) Removing From The Construction Site Unnecessary Elements And Materials That May Create Obstacles Or Hinder The Performance Of Works (Rubble, Elements From Demolitions), 5) Tidying Up The Area After Construction And Any Other Work Not Covered By The Swz And Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Art Of Construction, Or Applicable Legal Regulations, 6) The Above Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Technical Regulations And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract, 7) Performance Of Any Additional Activities Resulting From The Adopted Technology Of Performing The Works.
