Wojska Polskiego 1 In Elbląg, D) Building Of The Dormitory Student Dormitory At Ul. Wspólna 11 In Elbląg, E) Building At Ul. Zacisze 12 In Elbląg.2) The Ordering Party Informs That The Facilities Mentioned In Point 1) Have Photovoltaic Systems That Have Been Connected To The Power Grid In: A) Teaching Building B1 At Al. Grunwaldzka 137 With A Power Of 49 Kwp, B) Teaching Building B2 At Ul. Czerniakowska 22 With A Power Of 45 Kwp, C) Dormitory Ds2 At Ul. Wspólna 11-13 With A Power Of 49 Kwp.D) Teaching Building B3 At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 1 With A Capacity Of 49 Kwp. Therefore, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Settlement Of Electricity Introduced Into The Network Of The Distribution Network Operator (Dso), Generated In Micro-Installations Owned By The Ordering Party, Together With The Service Of Receiving And Transmitting This Electricity, On The Principles Applicable To Renewable Energy Prosumers, Which Entity Is The Ordering Party - In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 2 Section 27A Of The Act On Renewable Energy Sources.3) The Scope Of The Order In Detail, The List Of Electricity Consumption Points, Their Basic Technical Parameters, The Estimated Electricity Consumption And The Method Of Delivery Are Specified In: A) Opz Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz, B ) Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4) The Order Does Not Include The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. The Ordering Party Informs The Contractors That It Has Concluded And Will Conclude Separate Agreements For The Provision Of Distribution Services With The Distribution System Operator (Dso), I.E. Energa – Operator Sa. Based In Gdańsk. The List Of Current Contracts For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services Is Included In Opz.
