The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of Facilities Performing Cultural Functions In The Towns Of Brzezie (Brzezie 28, 27-225 Pawłów) And Kałków (Kałków 37A, 27-225 Pawłów). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Furniture. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete And Unused, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions Or Fairs, And Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. The Equipment Must Comply With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Standards Specified In Applicable Law. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Delivery Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party And Is Responsible For The Subject Of The Contract (Risk Of Loss, Damage, Etc.) Until It Is Received By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Granting A Full Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. Extension Of Min. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers.
