The Delivery Also Includes A Lifting Trolley (Loading Device), Adapted For Loading And Unloading Containers With Seeds. Any Construction Works, If Any, Related To The Assembly And Connection Of The Drying Cabinet Are In This Case Accompanying, Additional And Necessary Works From The Point Of View Of The Installation Of The Device. The Scope Of Delivery Also Includes Consulting Services, Device Programming, Training And Operating Instructions For The Ordering Partys Employees. Training And Instruction Should Be Carried Out By Qualified Employees, And Their Scope And Implementation Confirmed In Writing. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Enabling The Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Catalog Cards, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Etc. And As-Built Documentation Including A List And Technical Data Of Devices Constituting The Completed Subject Of The Agreement, As Well As Operation And Maintenance Manuals, Prepared In Polish Or, In The Case Of Documents Prepared In Another Language, Together With Their Translation Into Polish, And Equipment Warranty Cards.
