Bidder Eligibility · Bidding firms will be required to meet the following criteria: o Be registered with the Kampuchea Institute of Certificated Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) o Be registered with ACAR. o Proven experience in providing audit services with a sound knowledge of donor-financed projects. o Qualified staff with relevant experience and skills in auditing o Have a system of quality control in the provision of audit and assurance services. o Should demonstrate that it has the capacity and experience required to undertake the audit within the required timeline. o Additionally, they should demonstrate experience in auditing International or National Non-Government organizations The audit professional service fee will be charged in one package service including VAT10%, miscellaneous expense or others.
