Quotation are invited for Production and Broadcast of Radio Spots Eligibility Criteria: · The radio or media company must be duly registered. · A valid deduction at source certificate must be submitted. · Companies must issue ZERO VAT invoices. · Companies should submit the proposed broadcast plan with the offer. · Flexibility in work and agreement on the schedule of the produced material. · Submit all the necessary documents as part of the offer to confirm all the above requirements: proposed broadcast plan, registration certificate and valid deduction at source certificate). Tasks and outputs: · Producing and broadcasting 12 radio spots of 90-120 seconds each, each will be broadcasted about 50 times. · Coverage in the West Bank and Jerusalem ( 3 spots targeting Salfit, 3 spots targeting Tubas, 3 spots targeting Bethlehem and 3 spots targeting Jerusalem). · Submit a report on the work accomplished. Notes: · Prices are in Euro exclusive of VAT and any other expenses. · Quotations shall be submitted in detail with clarifying broadcast range. · Companies can send their offers for all or part of the identified locations · ZERO VAT invoices will be requested. · Offers will not be considered unless all papers are complete, signed and stamped. · Offers must be valid for 6 months from submittion date, other tasks may arrise.
