The General Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Interior Of The Building In Terms Of Partition Walls (Not Constituting A Change In Use) Without Reconstruction Of External Partitions And Structural Elements, Renovation Of Individual Rooms (Walls, Ceilings, Floors) As Well As Construction Of New Internal Installations In The Building ( Water And Sewage, Central Heating With Heat Pump, Ventilation, Electrical, Lighting).5. The Scope Of Work Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit And/Or Reporting The Works Pursuant To Art. 30 Of The Construction Law.6. The Facility Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Is Not Located In An Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Building Is Included In The Gez (Municipal Register Of Monuments).7.
