The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Facility At Ul. 1 Maja 41 In Szczecin Mon. Fabryka Wody – Nowa Gontynka Water Park (Hereinafter Referred To As The Facility). The Subject Of The Order Includes All Services That, From A Technical, Technological, Organizational Or Legal Point Of View, Are Or Will Prove To Be Necessary To Obtain The Results Described Or Resulting (Even Indirectly) From The Swz, In Particular: 1) Sales, 2) Delivery, 3) Contribution, 4) Installation, 5) Commissioning, 6) Training, 7) Warranty And Service Of The Catering Equipment. 4. The Supplied Catering Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete And - After Assembly - Ready For Use, Approved For Sale In The Republic Of Poland, Meet All Requirements Arising From Legal Provisions And Standards Regarding The Safety Of Their Use (Including The Ce Certificate). , Certificates) And Meet Haccp Conditions For Gastronomy. Devices And Equipment Unused Except For Tests That Are A Normal Stage Of Production And Inspections Produced In The Year Of Delivery Are Considered Brand New. The Delivery Assumes The Use Of Only Technologies And Devices That Meet Eu Ecological Standards Specified In The Announcements Of The President Of The Polish Committee For Standardization Regarding The List Of Harmonized Standards.
