The Scope Of The Investment Includes:• Demolition Works (Part Of The Fence, Concrete Plinth, Entrance Gates, Surface);• Delivery And Assembly Of Commercial Containers Type D - 7 Sets;• Paving Stone Surface On The Substructure From The Side Street Skowrońskiego;• Construction Of Electrical Installation For Containers;• Construction Of A Cable Connector For Tr.Kt1 Containers;• Renovation And Reassembly Of The Steel Gate From The Side Of Ul. Lipowa;• Delivery And Installation Of A Sliding Gate From The Side Of Ul. Skowroński; • Replacement Of 3 Damaged Fence Spans With Recycled Spans; • Installation Of The Dismantled Spans As Fencing For The Farm Square; • Replenishment Of Fertile Soil In The Place Where The Paving Stones Were Removed. Note: All Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, According To The Developed Construction And Executive Design And Supplementary Documentation For Stage I. An Integral Part Of The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Is:• Design Documentation;• Specifications;• Bills Of Quantities;• Supplementary Documentation For Stage I.Essential Terms Of The Order.The Bidder Should Include In The Offer All Costs Resulting From The Organization Of The Works And The Construction Site, Industry Supervision, Transport, Assembly, Etc. To Perform The Works, Materials With Valid Certificates And Approvals As Well As Declarations Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval Should Be Used. The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Manufacturer Of The Materials And Devices Used. The Equipment Used To Carry Out The Works Should Be In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions. Final Acceptance Will Be Carried Out By A Committee Appointed By The Ordering Party. The Committee Will Assess The Quality Of The Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documents Presented, Visual Assessment And Compliance Of The Works With The Requirements And Bill Of Quantities. During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Maintain Law And Order At The Construction Site At All Times, - Manage Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, - Marking And Appropriate Protection Of Materials Necessary To Perform The Work, - Marking And Securing Work Sites In Accordance With Applicable Health And Safety Regulations, - Reporting For Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing And Covered, And Participation In Partial And Final Acceptance.
