The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Together With The Investors And Stwior Cost Estimates And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Project For The Street Constituting A Connection Between Ul. Dworcowa And Rudki Street In Nakło Nad Notecią. Once Completed, The Investment Will Connect The Industrial Area Located At Ul. Dworcowa With A Bypass Around The City Of Nakło Nad Notecią In Order To Eliminate Heavy Traffic From The Inner Streets Of The City. The General Outline Of The Road Along With The Basic Parameters Is Presented In The Attached Drawing No. 2 - Site Plan.2.2 Design Part - Requirements Of The Ordering Party The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Road Connection Between Bydgoska Street And Rudki Street In Nakło Nad Notecią, Which Includes The Following Components: Obtaining Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements Required By Specific Regulations For The Development Of A Construction Project (Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Technical Design) Preparing A Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes, Performing Geotechnical Soil Tests , In Order To Determine The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings Based On The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012 On Determining The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Necessary Activities Specified In The Above-Mentioned Regulation, If Necessary, Geological And Engineering Documentation Preparation Of Property Division Designs And Consolidation Of New Border Points On The Ground, Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Commencement Of Construction Works (Zrid, Building Permit Or Notification Of Works Not Requiring A Building Permit) For Tasks Requiring Such A Decision, Preparation Of Technical Designs For All Designed Industries: Road, Construction, Sanitary, Greenery, Permanent Road Traffic Organization, Electrical, Telecommunications,  Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Designed Industries,  Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection,  Preparation Of A Project For Permanent Organization Road Traffic Together With Its Approval. Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates. For All The Above Studies, All Necessary Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits Must Be Obtained To Enable The Commencement Of Construction Works. The Material Schedule Should Include The Stages Of Design Work And Their Deadlines (In Particular, Development Of The Land Development Design And Road Geometry, Development Of The Construction Design, Application For Zrid), Including Time For Administrative Procedures.
